Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Grace, and I would like to personally thank you for reaching the depths of the internet to find this website. I recently graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and a minor in Environmental Toxicology (yes, it was a lot of science and for your sanity, I wouldn’t recommend it). After a year of owning this domain name and not doing anything with it (my relationship with technology is debatable at best), I finally contracted covid and decided to become a self-taught computer science wizard in my loads of excess time. Is anyone actually reading this? If I had to take a guess, the answer is probably no, with the exception of my best friend (hi Kate!), but I figured why not, let’s make a blog to document some of my innermost thoughts and adventures.
As a scientist and past nutrition major, I love testing food and health trends on myself (it’s all very important research, of course) and throwing together spontaneous trips. When I’m not doing either of these things, I can often be found talking about toxic mushrooms, perusing the aisles of Home Depot, testing out Sun Bum’s latest sunscreen product, amongst many other weird activities.
